Job Description:-Egnatia Aviation is one of the leading European Flight Training Organization responsible to train professional pilots and supporting most of the major airlines around the world,
located in one of the most convenient area for the purpose of flight training. Egnatia Aviation is currently inviting experienced ground instructors for the post detailed, for our base at Kavala Airport, Greece.

We are seeking professional and enthusiastic ground Instructors with outstanding interpersonal qualities, passionate in teaching and highly motivated to be part of our successful team.

Essential Criteria:

• Aviation background
• Previous ATPL teaching experience
• Non-native English speaking instructors must be fluent in English language Main Duties  
• Instruct on our ground training courses directed by the CGI
• Provide a high standard of student preparation through our training syllabus
• Meet out training targets with the customers
• Achieve training time schedule based on a planned program
• Support and actively contribute in the development of new and existing programs
